Ranscombe Studio Recording! - 17/02/2020

The Dooms were back in the studio at the infamous Jim Reilly - Ranscombe studios in Rochester, Kent for two days with new lead guitar master Dan Whaley.
Six original tracks recorded and mixed over two days on Monday 17th and Tues 18th Feb 2020.
Due for release end of April 2020 on Spinout Nuggets record label.
No album title yet but will be in the format of a mini LP - 6 track spinning at 45rpm!

We are very proud to be included on the very first Spinout Nuggets Compilation LP - Chapter 1.

The two tracks are an unreleased instrumental version of 'Another Teenage Dance Craze' and taken from the Voo-Ddoom EP released in May 2019 you'll find 'The Voo-Doom Twist'.

This is a limited edition record and we are proud to be along side our Spinout stable mates, Thee Girl Fridays, The Nettles, Sergeants Mess,Treasures Of Mexico & Andre M.

The Voo-Dooms - New Line-up for 2020 !

The Voo-Dooms will start 2020 with a new line-up after Kev Smith had played his last show in November 2019.
New lead fuzz strummer is Dan Whaley. Disc Jockey, Bass and lead Guitar player extraordinaire!
Dan has been treading the garage stages since the mid 80's. And has been seen with bands like 'The Shockwaves', 'The Diaboliks', 'The Dustaphonics' and many other recording projects and what not!

We are busy rehearsing new Doom tunes for a release early next year as well as getting a tidy little set together for our shows in 2020 ........and it's all sounding very very goody!
